What is an automated sales report (digest)?

An automated sales report (we call them a “Digest”) is a report delivered to your email inbox or Slack automatically, showing sales, customer, or product performance data. Metorik Digests generate these reports using real-time data from your Shopify or WooCommerce store.

How many digest emails I can send?

You can send unlimited email digests to as many people as you like (within reason of course). You can configure these email digests to be sent to anyone on your team, or external people, via email, or directly to your Slack channels.

How do I set up automated Shopify reports with Metorik?

To set up Shopify automated reports, just install the Metorik app on your Shopify store and follow the prompts. Once connected, you can create Digests that include any metrics and filters you want, and choose to send them daily, weekly, or monthly.

Can I get a Woo sales report sent to my email or Slack?

Yes. Metorik lets you send sales reports using your WooCommerce data automatically to your email or Slack channel. You can create unlimited Digests with store-wide stats or filtered reports for specific products, categories, or customer segments.

What metrics are included in Metorik’s automated reports?

Metorik’s automated reports (digests) uses the same powerful card based system used on our Dashboard, so you can include total sales, average order value, top products, refund rates, returning customer breakdowns, etc, or you can filter and segment the data to narrow it down for specific team members or for external stakeholders.

Can I send these Shopify or WooCommerce reports to different team members or external people?

Yes. You can send automated reports to different people on your team, clients, or departments. Each report can have unique metrics, segments, and schedules based on their role or focus, so you can send only the right data to the right person, at the right time.

How do I send Woo or Shopify reports to a Slack channel?

Connecting Metorik to your Slack account is super quick and easy – just a few clicks. Once you’ve connected Slack you simply create the report you want using our drag and drop builder, and then choose which channel you want the digest to appear in, and how often.

How do automated reports help me grow my eCommerce store?
