Powering goal tracking for the world's best brands:
Know if you're on target, always.
Most goals and target tools only tell you the score at the end. You set the number, and on the final day you find out whether you hit it. By then it's history.
Metorik tracks pace. A marker on the progress bar makes it easy to see your ahead-or-behind position, at a glance, no math. A chart plots your actual numbers against the pace you'd need the whole way through.
A target without pace is just a wish with a deadline. Pace is what turns a goal into something you can manage.
Recurring targets. Set once, stay on track.
Metorik's recurring goals reset and roll forward automatically, on whatever period you choose: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or custom.
The payoff isn't the saved minutes. It's the record. A recurring goal quietly builds a full per-period history – each with its own result, target, and how the pace looked over the course of the period.

People talk about insight into data. But it's never so seamless, hands free and actionable, and let's not forget as retroactively available as Metorik.

Your store, your goals
You can set a goal or target on almost any metric: revenue, AOV, refund rate, a single product line, a specific customer segment, or even a custom calculated metric.

Segment totals, custom metrics, no problems.
The targets that actually move a business sit underneath revenue: basket size, repeat rate, refunds, the performance of one segment or one product line.
Because Goals is powered by Metorik's Custom Metrics and segments, you can set a target on essentially anything Metorik measures. Aim to reach at least a target number, or stay at most under one – which is exactly what you want for any costs goals, or refunds.
Average order value. Repeat-purchase rate. Refunds under a threshold. Revenue from your VIP segment. Sales of a single collection. Set a goal on it.
Don't take your eye off the target.
Goals only work if you actually look at them.
Add any goal to your dashboard as a card, from a large progress arc with a pace sparkline down to a single-line row for dense dashboards, each one color-coded by status so on-track, behind, and missed goals are obvious at a glance.
And it all works across both Shopify and WooCommerce, in one dashboard, so if you run both, your goals live in the same place.

Can I set a recurring sales goal or target?
Yes. Metorik's recurring goals reset and roll forward automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom cadence, so you set the target once and never rebuild it. Each period is kept in a full history you can look back on.
Does Metorik's goals tracking show me my 'pace'?
Yes, this is what sets Metorik's goals apart. A pace marker shows where you should be based on how much of the period has elapsed, and a chart tracks your actual numbers against the required pace, so you know if you're ahead or behind at any point, not just at the end.
Can I set a goal on a custom metric or a customer segment?
Yes. Our Goals feature fully supports Custom Metrics and even segment totals, you can target almost anything Metorik measures, not just standard revenue or order counts.
Can I set a goal to stay under a number, like refunds or costs?
Yes. Each goal has a direction: aim to reach at least a target, or stay at most under one. The stay-under option is ideal for refund rates, costs, or anything where lower is better.
Does this work for both Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Metorik works across both Shopify and WooCommerce stores, so you can set and track goals for either platform. It even supports Subscription based goals for WooCommerce stores.
Can I add goals to my dashboard?
Yes. Any goal can be pinned to your dashboard as a card in several sizes, color-coded by status, so your current progress is always in view. Click a card to open the full goal.
What happens when a recurring goal's period ends?
Metorik automatically closes the period, records the result in the goal's history, and starts the next period tracking from zero against a fresh target, with no action needed from you.
